This McDonalds has deteriorated over the years ,it has become a major hang out for street kids and homeless people.this place is very rowdy and disorderly at times. And the staff had some what of a attitude. When I was there the manager was short handed and seem to be some what hostel towards me and the other customers. And she was very forgetful with my order .so I got my order and ask for extra source and she said she couldn't ,that 2 was all she could do .after all that the chicken Tenders were ok .they have to make some changes up there with management and service. A long with security, it is not really a family oriented business at this location. But me personally I would go in to pick some thing up. But I wouldn't bring my family there to dine in.thats why I give it 2 stars

This McDonald's really sucks
Have to wait 20 mins for a breakfast burritos
When waiting for the order the workers was lazy, can't finish other because the restaurant don't have it? The manager on shift didn't care about what's going on -

This particular location is unbelievably crowded at certain times. I don't come to McDonald's often but L likes their iced coffees. I prefer getting an iced caramel macchiato here than DD. They've got cheap deals all the time. Regular coffees are quick but other flavors take more time. There are a ton of customers so I can understand waiting a lil bit; we're loving all the new tech McDonald's has implemented into most of their locations. We don't need to order at the counter. This location is cash only at the counter but cards can be used at the machines. We order and pay on our phones, then we can easily see on the screen when our orders are in process. Some of the employees are actually pretty nice. Ive only seen one female employee with an attitude but it wasn't directed at us. I'd have an attitude as well if I worked there.
Location is very convenient since it's right in front of a bus stop and only a block away from the subway.
You will see people begging for food or money and also people trying to use their bathrooms. -

I had the misfortune of dining here last night after taking in a movie across the street. My teenage niece wanted McDonald's for dinner and as her favorite aunt, I couldn't say no.
The only positive thing I can say about the experience was that there wasn't much of a line. The food was regrettable and not at all that yummy goodness we thought it'd be. The franchise location has the new corporate 2 for $5 deal advertised as 2 for $6. In fact, you can see a strip of paper where someone clearly wrote $6 on the front and just slapped it over the $5....also still visible under the strip of paper.
Also, there was a woman sitting on top of a table on her phone. I didn't even look twice at her because it's Jamaica Ave and they do stuff like that. It's only because we were in an emptier section looking for seats when we realize she's actually an employee.
She yells something indecipherable to me but that my niece says was that they were closing that section off and we couldn't sit there. Normally I would be like "ok" and move on but she watched us walk into that section and look for a cleaner table for over 2 minutes.
Why not say something sooner?
And then when I voice all this aloud, the employee stares at me like she wants to cuss me out and fight while talking to her friend.
Do you know how irritating it is dealing with that type of hostility while eating?
Excluding last night, the last time I was here was about 8 years ago and it'll probably be that long before I return again. They need better management and employees and just proper service training when dealing with paying customers.
Either way, I won't be back! -

This place has some of the rudest employees. I waited over 10 minutes for a simple cup of coffee and when I asked the lady where my order was, she told me its coming. This is a lie since people after me all received their coffee. Their customer service skills are horrendous.
